Martin Luther King Jr., Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and other civil rights leaders visited what has come to be known as the Summer White House for African Americans, owned then by Joe Overton, NY’s first African American labor organizer and president of NAACP New York Chapter. Currently owned by Valerie Mosley, who named it after her grandmother, Villa Rosa is a gathering place for positive energy people.

We are pleased to have Valerie Jarrett, President Obama’s senior advisor and other Speakers who will share their stories and suggest strategies to improve our society. Come to hear from and meet like-minded individuals who will continue the tradition of sharing ideas.
